There’s been a lot of talk about information overload this week because it’s something we all experience, especially if you’ve chosen to market primarily online.
Technology while advantageous in so many ways has made it possible for ever increasing volumes of information to be communicated at faster and faster speeds. So what does the future hold?
I have no reason to believe that this is about to come to an end any time soon. There’s not much point in concerning ourselves with what we cannot control but what about what we can control?
You can make a conscious decision to let your mind rest and I’m not talking about meditation either. This is something you can do throughout your day. The benefits? Improved relationships with everyone we interact with. Watch my video to find out exactly what I mean.
I’d love to hear your feedback! Is this something you need to work on like me? Leave me a comment and do please spread the word by clicking the “Bookmark and Share” button below, or by sharing it on Facebook & re-tweeting it on Twitter above.

Perfect example Marcus,
Not reading the ‘Rules of Engagement’ for the Alphas Tribe and carelessly posting the wrong blog posts for members to share… My bad… I’m currently trimming the fat away from the information overload so that I can concentrate on being productive… the answer isn’t to fly into something without knowing what you’re doing just because, ‘You think you do’
information ‘Underload’ can be just as bad.

I totally agree. Active listening is the key to connecting with people. If we can’t connect, how will we know what they need? If we don’t know what they need, how can we help them? Great post as usual!

Marcus, you hit the nail on the head again. I love the simple way you can communicate huge truths and concepts. The art of listening is a lost art in our hurried society.
Thanks for bringing this home to me. I need to be reminded of things like this.

I agree with that Vitaliy, Because if you are not a great listener you can get your goal in your life because sometime ears and brain is one the best important in our life.
