		<description>Hi Manoz,

Welcome and thank you for leaving a comment here.

I am curious to know what your profession is?

There are many techniques to help one achieve more space Manoz. One I found very useful is the Sedona Method which you will find on the net too.

Also I write about a lot of this kind of thing on this blog so if you look through past posts under the Personal Development category under the Post Index tab you will a lot more there too.

If there is some other way you think I might be help you please let me know.

		<description>Hey Ryan,

Thanks for taking the time to stop by for the positive feedback. You&#039;re awesome! You are right, &quot;non attachment&quot; is really an extension of &#039;making space&#039;.

		<description>Hey Marcus,

Great post! I really resonate with yourself and your blog. Keep up the awesome posts, very informative.

Taking a break is so key. Also practicing Non-Attachment. That&#039;s when we can be open and receptive to new ideas and people.

<description>Well yes, I can definately relate. Particularly the part about making the effort to remove yourself mentally as well. It is so important to be present in the moment, not just hanging out in our heads thinking of the next blog post. (I am sure that wouldn&#039;t make for good company).
Great post Marcus, gives cause for reflection.

		<description>Hi Marcus,

I really enjoyed your post, it was really well written and the clasped fist analogy was really good....apart from you might not have thought that someone like me with really long nails could actually do herself some damage lol.

It is so important to take a break, I usually find when I am having time away that I have those Aha moments. I think I might make it part of my business schedule to have time out to pause and concentrate on other areas of my life and those other passions other than business.

I really like your blog I will be back.
Thanks,
Beth Hewitt
