If I am to believe most people on Facebook, then theirs is definitely the best network marketing company hands down.
And what criteria exactly are we considering – most product sold? highest revenue earned? biggest profit margin? most resident gurus? because you said so?
Seriously though don’t you sometimes wonder how a given network marketing opportunity that everybody says is the best, actually stacks up against the competition?
I believe it’s important to know what’s going on in our industry so occasionally I wander over to a site called MLM Rankings to see how things are cooking according to them.
For those not familiar with the site, they compile an MLM directory based purely on internet public interest which is updated monthly. Here for instance are some current standings in the industry.
If you are want to see how your company stacks up against another they also have a great little feature where you can specify which companies are to be compared.
If yours does happen to be one of the top MLM companies then you can always send people to this site for some proof . Other uses for above site and also www.npros.com is to research companies when you want to write a review about them.
When all is said and done however it really does not matter because the best network marketing company is the one you are currently with if you are making money.
You will make money not because of the company but because you have become the person you must to be successful and you have learned how to market.
When you understand these important points then you will be able to make any company the best network marketing company for yourself.
So what in your opinion makes for the best network marketing company? Please leave me a comment and share this on your social networks if you enjoyed reading this.
My goal? Helping you achieve yours.

Hey Marcus,
That is a pretty cool tool you just shared.
I like how you ended, “It doesn’t matter what company you are with, what matters is what you are going to do in that company.”
That is such a true statement. It is all dependent on ‘YOU’ to succeed.
Chat with you later…

Your quote sums it up Marcus:
“You will make money not because of the company but because you have become the person you must to be successful and you have learned how to market.”
The best make being personally responsible a habit. Those who don’t play the Blame Game make money and are among the best in their industry. Those who depend on anything outside of themselves – like an MLM company – to become successful are in for a rude awakening. It’s always on you…always has been, always will be.
Thanks for the personal responsibility reminder

AVON?! Really? I had no idea haha! It’s true that just because you think you’re company is the best doesn’t mean everyone else will . . . We all have different interests and passions. That’s why we as network marketer’s need to provide value and training to people, instead of your business. But you already know that of course lol!

Hey Marcus, great job on this post! Not only do you provide a link to a third party MLM ranking source, you made it clear that just because some marketer say their company is the best…it may not be the best for you. At the end of the day, each marketer determines their own success independent of a given company. Like you said, the best in the one you’re in…if your making money!

Hey Marcus,
I work in systems. If all systems are in place and functioning properly I can profit from a cardboard box company.
For me it is all about the sales funnel, the marketing, and, well me. But I will say that 10 times out of 10, I will go for a direct sales company over mlm. It is just easier. I can run solid PPC campaigns and get out of the red quickly. Where with mlm, you have to have the right mindset, that you are going to have to wait on residuals to catch up with marketing expenses. Otherwise you have to stick with free marketing techniques that aren’t competitive with PPC.
And for those that haven’t had much experience with it. SEO on a large scale costs a chunk of change in the beginning too.
Thanks for this great information Marcus. My wife is in Mary Kay, so I think she would be quite happy to see it ranking number 2.

Hi Marcus!
The proof is in the pudding as they say, or in your wallet, and not on a chart. I’m sure there are plenty of reps in Avon not making money as well as some in virtually unknown companies making tons.
What it boils down to as you said which has already been repeated a couple of times but I have to reiterate: “You will make money not because of the company but because you have become the person you must to be successful and you have learned how to market.” So very true!
This business is about so much more than the popularity contest some make it out to be, it’s completely about You and what You make of it!
Thanks for another great post!

Great post, Marcus.
That’s funny, I posed that same question a long while back when I first started my home based business, and it all came down to exactly what you stated.
It doesn’t matter the company nor the product (as long as it’s relevant and reputable, of course). It’s all about you and the value you can bring to others considering joining your team.
Once you get that part down, you WILL be successful.
Thanks, again.

I couldn’t agree more, there are actually 2 products to every company. First you are the most important product of your company and then the actual product come into play. Work on yourself and you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
