I think more people should ask this question, whether you’re interviewing someone for a job or for an MLM position. Not enough interviewers focus on your life experience, where you’ve been and how far you’re prepared to go.

It’s funny that you wrote a post about this because this is exactly how I start conversation on social media now. I always ask what challenges people and what they find challenging. It opens doors and much is revealed.

Ha ha.. not at all. I like a differing opinion Mike. There’s no right or wrong answer here at all. What works for one may not work for another and I agree with you when you say one would have to ask the question in the right way so as not to intimidate the person.
