I am sure the new tool will help you a much as it helps me.

I tend to find long emails don’t work that well for me so I send shorter but more frequent emails. This way you also remind your readers about your name more often. As long as you are providing valuable content I don’t find people mind getting regular mails.

Maybe you should survey your readers? http://www.surveymonkey .com is an easy and free way to do this. I send out surveys from time to time and always receive information I can use.

Hi Marcus, You have really provided great value here! I knew formatting was important, and spend untold hours formatting my aweber emails. I can’t wait to try this new tool. It will make life so much easier. By the way, do you have any tips about the appropriate length for a newsletter. Mine tend to be quite long with 4-5 articles, but broken up with sub-headings. DOn’t know if I am losing people because of the length. Your thoughts? Thanks for sharing, Laurie

Those are very good tips for getting things going.

You’re right, if the emails are long and unorganized, I don’t spend much time with them.

People are busy, if you want them to read your emails, get their attention fast, and don’t put anything that is not essential in any email.

We are all bombarded with far too much information so I believe you want to get someone’s attention with email it must at least look as if it is short and to the point.
