  1. Sounds like a great tool to try, Marcus!

So far I just use the Keyword Keychain on my Mac – no complaints, but it does let me down sometimes:).

    Thanks for sharing -

    Hi Ana,

Sounds as if you have something that works for you (most of the time anyway – :) ) Ana and best to stick with what you have unless it’s not doing the job well enough.

  2. Hi Marcus,

    Thanks for sharing the product!

Password managers save a great deal of time and headaches. I like the neat little intuitive icon. Quick and easy.

  3. Hey Marcus,

Great tip, the days of using a single password are long gone.

I use Norton 360 Anti-Virus, as part of the package I get an Identity Safe feature that stores my logins. It’s much easier to remember one password than several. Not free but reasonable.

    Thanks,

    Hi Michael,

That sounds like a good solution that you have there Michael. I used to use Nortons years ago but gave up on their software because it slowed my system so badly. Hopefully they have sorted that out these days?

  4. Fantastic tool Marcus.

I have used RoboForm for years now, even upgraded it, but this one looks like a winner.

    Thanks

RoboForm is good Peter and when you find something that works it is best to stick with it. I did this video specifically to help those that use no password manager at all.

  5. There are a few good software programs that do this. Do you know how this one compares to roboform?

    [Reply]

    Marcus Baker Reply:

    Hi,

Yes there are a few tools around and I have used many of them including Roboform.

A lot of the free tools have major issues with Trojan viruses without users even knowing about them. I speak from experience on more than one occasion.

Roboform is of course a paid option and which I think is very good too so if that is what you are already using there is no need to change.

However I still think Last Pass is the best tool I have used and its free. At the end of the day it will come down to personal preference.

Thanks for adding this for others to check out. I have to say I have used a few free password manager tools and there have often been some serious security issues involved so I am very happy with Last Pass.

  9. Hey Marcus,

I don’t think I have ever used a password manager before. I have always been one of those people that just entered them into an excel spreadsheet.

This certainly looks like a better way to do it though. Thanks for sharing.

    Have a blessed day!

Wow Melissa, that is one way I have not used myself and yes this will be much easier for you because you will still have full control and you will have access to a vault of your passwords which is what you have created with your spreadsheet.

Give it a try and I’d be interested to hear what you think.

A blessed day to you and Ken too.

  10. Hi Marcus,

You touched on another one of my favorite subjects… :)

This tool is a nifty way to manage all of the passwords. I use a tool just like this and it’s software like this that beats using any of the password managers built in to the browsers these days.

    Thanks for passing this on.
